We all age chronologically, there is only one other option...However, surprisingly to most people, how we age and to what level we experience disease is amazingly up to us as individuals!
Our personal beliefs, our everyday habits, our amount of movement, our relationships, our spirituality, how we nurture and nourish ourselves and how we utilize stress for benefit are the factors which determine how we age.
The good news is each of these are completely within our own control.
With my education as an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach I hope to become the light for individuals seeking simple to understand Food strategies and every day habits which will provide nourishment for the mind, body and soul helping us to evolve living longer, healthier, happier lives.
I received my B.S. Degree from Florida State University, my Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and my certification as an Infinite Possibilities trainer from Mike Dooley.
My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, Prevention, Healthy Longevity and Weight Management.
I continue my studies and focus on providing simple to implement tools for a Happy and Healthy Long Life.
My expertise includes both Primary and Secondary foods and I aim to ensure you live the rest of your life filled with energy, joy and health.

Integrated Nutrition considers both Primary Foods and Secondary foods. Primary foods are non-food sources of nourishment and include:

Secondary foods are the foods you put into your body. Integrated Nutrition assists in all areas of your life. We believe it is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It is not just the food that we eat that affects our health. My goal is to assist you with the insight and tools you need for living an inspired, fulfilling, healthy, long life.

Most Approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implementing gradual changes by crowding out unhealthy habits as we work together to create the life and body of their dreams.
